This is probably going to be one of her weak albums for me, but I'm still happy with her effort in making something new, and even if I don't think the songs are awesome, I still find them quite addicting, so I like them all and overall I have a positive view of this album already
I just wish she doesn't keep this style of songs as her default from now on, I don't want Ayu becoming more generic, I like listening to her songs and thinking "this is Ayu" and not "any artist could have release this". I hope she keeps experimenting, but in a way that still has that signature feeling of hers...

I think Ayu knows this as well. I can see what she meant by a completely new direction (for Ayu) with this album she's been working on. I do not think she will ever simply do these kinds of Western-ish tracks, but it couldn't hurt for her to try it at least once. When the arrangements are handled 100% by the producers, the "Ayu" vibe comes from the lyrics and the way it's sung. It's not surprise really that the only songs with the really Ayuish sound on this album are the ones that her team produced.
