We arrived in Nihon Gaishi hall around 3:30pm. As we arrive, many people are already lining up to buy goods! I was able to buy two lightfans, a bag and the tour logo keychain set
I was able to get the free sticker givaways for TA member too.
It was such a pretty warm early summer day here in Nagoya yesterday but the fans werw unstoppable. The number of people noticibly grew as time went by. But since we felt that we arrived too early, me and my friend decided to walk around the area. We found some cool people and took photos with them too.
There are Ayu cars lined up in the parking lot too as we went there.
By 5:30pm, the staffs announced that the entrance is open. We lined up. As we approach the gate, some staffs are giving us CDs. They were stamping FEEL the love logo at the back of our tickets too as a proof of recieving the free cd.
As we entered, there are also flowers arranged in front of the main entrance.
I was such in awe when I entered the hall. The set up was really pretty especially the center stage. We looked for our seats and finally seated. we were really far from the main stage but about 10-15 meters away from the center stage. Not bad i guess. I snapped some photos inside too LOL
Anyway the concert started late, perhaps some 30-40minutes until the nights were turned off!! Ughhhh I was really jumping on my feet that moment.
The concert begins with a raining scene on the center stage. It was so beautiful. The rain was being illuminated with blue light. Then a person wearing a glittery suit (from head to toe) started to descend and started doing acrobatics. The music was so peaceful until suddenly it became rockish! The lights turned red. The person started to dance while going to the main stage. the curtain of the main stage started to raise and the dancers wearing the same costume with Into of CDL are there! The screens were showing Ayu's eyes! A part of Feel the Love was played 'till the build up part when the middle of the main stage started to go up and Ayu slowly appeared (similar to CDL). I thought she was gonna perform FTL but after the music build up, she suddenly started to sing WHATEVER.
She was wearing a shining metallic short dress. Her hair was sort of (miss)understood tour era when she sang UNITE? i guess! Really a nice song to start to concert!! The power was there. The perfomance was great vocal wise. She then sang Last Angel. Her voice was ...uhmmm OK? and imo she was almost shouting in the itaaaaa part. LOL anyway, really good performance too though there was some glitch when she shouted IKUZEEE NAGOYA! I think the signal of her mic went off for a second so we ony hear I...Agoya!! LOL
The rock section.. ughh I really do think the way they started this part was such a mess. Yoshio started playing his guitar but he wasn't on the stage. We were all looking for him 'till I knew they were actually walking around the audience. Enrique, Princess and Timmy also started to appear. They walk around the audience. I had the chance to see Enrique sooo close. Perhaps 3-4 meters away! LOL they were playing adlibs 'till the went up to the stage and as far as I remember they played something for band introduction. Timmy and Princess sings words with "Feel the love.. feel the love tonight." but really different from the FTL we know. It's rock (with a different.. i think jazzy rythm). The performance ended. The lights were turned off, then the piano intro of DECISION started to play. Blue lights illuminted the hall.
Honestly, i can't remember what Ayu exactly wore on the performance, maybe a short dress meant for rock? LOL but What i noticed is her metallic see-through mask that covered her nose and mouth when she started singing. She then removed the mask and threw it away (something like ASFXX ON ABL2013). She started to go to the center stage with Yoshio, Enrique, Timmy and Princess. She continued the rock section with NEVER EVER and Because of You. On because of you, three female dancers appeared on the main stage. Same routine with the CDL, though the outfits of the dancers this time were more seductive.
What is Forever Love came next. Seriously, i think this is the weakest performance IMO. It just felt too odd that this song is performed with U.N.'s part just recorded. I won't even mind it if its one line or so but it was too much. Ayu, i love you so much but I literally yawned on this part lol. I hope U.N. will appear on the final for the DVD. I can see it being a beautiful performance with ayu's fake crying and the third party drama routine we've seen in the past 1000000000 tours. (sorry for exaggerating lol).
After the song, princess and timmy started to sing a soft ballad while two acts were performing acrobats on a swing in the center stage. (Love is all pt.II nonetheless) but i kinda love the new song this time than Love is All. Really pretty <3
The lights were dimmed and the intro of TO BE started to play.. when the percussion entered, the curtain of the main stage was lifted and Ayu, on her grandeur beauty appeared and very VERY oversizen GOWN. I can't remember if it was red or brown but (sorry) it looked like a big chocolate cake imo. LOL During the performance, the big gown was rotated once, and was moved forwads and backwards too. Vocal wise, TOBE was ok but she was excellent in Hello New Me. She looked really happy in the latter. Reallg pretty.
I couldn't remember it clearly if there was an interlude performance after the ballad/midtempo section but I remember a soft melody being played while beautiul lights are illuminating the hall. After that, Ayu appeared on the main stage and yes, she did the tissue dance (or whatever you call that) lol.
I think she was wearing something like what she work when they went to Korea for Armin's event. I really did think it was the same outfit minus the Boots. Anyway, ANGEL. Oh my gosh.
"THIS PERFORMANCE IS PERHAPS THE FACE OF "PREMIUM SHOWCASE".
I really couldn't believe how Ayu managed to do that. It was too awesome. i'm on my seats and one of the thousands there who shouts "AYU GANBAREEE" and praying she won't slip and fall. lol. This is "showcase" i said to myself. it was my first time hearing the song in full and I am blown away. Especially when she was singing "I wanna be an angel" and she just floated into the air while the tail of the tissue/cloth were spread on both sides and the lights from her back creates a really magical ambience. I'm not lying, I was almost in tears. I'm so proud of Ayu when she finished the song.
DJ Ni-yan appeared on the main stage and played some remixed western songs... dancers also started to appear on stage intil TERMINAL started. Suddenly a spherical round hanging object descended. The object has led lighting on it. The screens on the back are really pretty. Electro-trancy images started to appear. Ayu ascended on the stage ...and a vest with pointed shoulders (?) and started to sing. She rode the hanging round object on the chorus (i think). She was up there in CONNECTED too!! Superb vocals and the audience were really pumped up. As a fan of trance music I really enjoyed that part.
i'm not sure if this is actually after connected but three performers were on the center stage with drums. And the band also accompanied them too. And the bottles of water were spilled on the surface of the drums and were illuminated with lights of different colors from below. I really can't describe it but it looked pretty. The water on the drums and then colors. It was really beautiful whenever the water is being spilled while they were drumming.
The next was STEP YOU. Ayu ascended on the stage. Ayu looked beautiful and fresh and i think its the first time I saw her with that hairstyle. Her hair was long but uhmmm. i think similar to this ...
i wonder what that style is called LOL. Anyway, she was singing with sitting standing and dancing on a circular silver platform with a pole in the middle while being dragged in the left and right sides of the main stage. XOXO was really fun live! I kinda didn't like the song the first time i heard it but it suddenly has grown on me after i saw it live.
After that JUMP! started to play and the dancers where doing routines on the stage. It was an interlude performance that led to LELIO.
Ayu appeared wearing the official tour jacket but without sleeves. She was soooo hawt and cool with that strong and boyish expression.
LELIO is probably one of my personal favorites in this era. The stage and the screens are being illuminated with lines in different sizes and colors. And gosh, the choreography is sick! I really love how ayu danced. I wonder if she'd been taking dance lessons more these days 'cause she really moved so well.
At the later part of the song Ayu removed the jacket. she was wearing a fitted sleeveless shirt with FEEL THE LOVE printed in shining stones (maybe diamonds? omg lol) on it. The dancers,'performers and band members are also wearing FEEL THE LOVE sleeveless shirts but are purple and green? omg i can't remember them clearly but Ayu's is the only one that is glittery and shining. Note that the shirts they wear are really different with the goods shirt!!
Thank God, You&Me was performed. That song saved my night. Poor You&Me, the only one left among the other staples. (i love staple songs btw) As usual, the energy of this song is sky rocketting! i learned to love this because of live performances! Ayu and the dancers went to the center stage on this performance.
BOLD & DELICIOUS came in next. Same version of CDL. Really fun performance too!!
The lights were turned off. I thought its gonna be another section but the intro of NOW&4EVA started playing. Ayu then appeared on the stage. She looked a bit emotional on this part. Her voice
was really good on this song especially on the verses.
The band introduction was after the second chorus, and Yoshio ended it with the rock guitar on the bridge...
I had the feeling that this song is really meant for her fans. I don't know why But i had this certain warm feeling on my chest while watching Ayu singing it.
Confetti's started falling on the main stage when Ayu and her team are doing the "Arigatou gozaimashita" thing... i really didn't think the concert will end up that soon but when ayu said "mata aou ne! (let's meet again) I was a bit disappointed.
The curtains were dropped and the audience sat again. I thought there's gonna be an encoure because the guys in the STAND area started clapping and shouting Ayu for less than a minute. I thought i was gonna hear the trance tune with ayu ready but no. We were surprized that Feel the love started to play.
The curtain was raised. Ayu and her team are in the stage. Some dancers are holding Flags with A symbol on them. Ayu was wearing the same shining feel the love shirt but now wearing a hat. Same choreography with cdl too.
I WAS SURPRIZED WHEN THE TAPES EXPLODED on the very first chorus of the song!
Ayu started to run around the stage thanking everyone while singing. She looked so happy. They then went to the center stage and did the dancers introduction! It was really fun!! On the last part, it started to rain again on the center stage!!! They were playing on the rain while Ayu is singing, running around and partyin'! LOL That was really fun!!!' I was so blown away that I got emotional too!!
The song ended and Ayu finally shouted her very last thank you to us!! I was jumping and shouting too!! the lights were turned of but we can still see Ayu's silhouette on the stage!! the dancers are aleady gone but she just kept waving there to us even if the lights are already off. I CONTINUED CALLING HER NAME 'till the curtains are dropped and the instrumental of who... started playing!
Such an awesome show. Really. Though i kinda felt a bit odd and strange for not having an encore and such, it was really a very nice and planned show nevertheless. I was really happy and proud that once again, i was able to attend and cheer for Ayu this year.
I heared some people agree how Ayu wanted this tour different too. It just feel so warm when fans understand and respects her choices and way of doing and continue to support her no matter what.
This concert is pure LOVE. I can't wait 'till the DVD and I hope all of you guys who will it attend it will enjoy as much as I did
