Well, personally I think it's almost impossible - I am being very pessimistic here.
To reach a second peak of her career, she needs a brand new image/music. However, because her career never dies down entirely, it's too hard to throw something totally new to the face of the general audience. With the relationship drama in the past years, she's always on the headline, so people never really forgets her presence.
Imagine if she went silent for 4 years - she can release music, but just no one cares, and then suddenly she came back with the whole package of image/music that the company and market specialists have proved to be success-ensured, she will have her peak.
But she never escaped the media at all.
