I love Sweet scar PV! I think too she's talking to the fans.
I like to think that house is her "sand castle". Since Sweet scar is directly after snowy kiss, she just chased away everything that made her so desperately unconfortable and now the house is empty and quiet, but also full of light and white, like a blank page she can start over from.
She looks at that plant like she's checking, rediscovering her house (her soul, and heart, and mind) after all the turmoil. There's still sadness, 'cause now she's alone in that big house again (the snow bit), but she's ready to go out and hopes she'll find someone else to invite inside again (and she did, our Mrs. Bodkin, lol).
I also like to think we're in that house 'cause she's letting us, since she truly wants to explain herself, even if we may not understand her.
