^ Well, most of Perfume's pre-JPN dances were made to include microphones. Like Dream Fighter and One Room Disco for instance, they mainly used their right arm to dance and barely use their left in the PVs. Then, from FnG and onwards, you can see in practically all of their PVs that they began to use both arms, implying that microphones were originally not intended to be part of their dances. But they still altered them for lives. (I remember Kashi explaining in an interview how hard it was to alter GLITTER)

It wasn't until Magic of Love I believe where they decided to forsake the microphones for the new dances and full out use headsets on TV shows (Concerts are a different story). I think it was Amuse that forced them to change their dances. Maybe it made them more idol-y or more natural that way? Or maybe most JTV shows didn't integrate the use of headsets until recently? I'm not so sure. But as you can clearly see, Universal's been way more lenient on them . But yeah, I don't think they'll bother with changing their old choreographies to use headsets anytime soon. They're too used to them. Also, if you think about it, they'd have ALOT of dances to change lol, and it'd be too troublesome on their part.

So, in a nutshell, yes, their microphones are sorta like props. Their older dances are just heavily dependent on them.

...SO ANYWAY DISPLAY AND IJIWARU NA HALO LEAKED. You can find them here: http://per-f-ume.tumblr.com/

Not what I anticipated BUT I CAN'T STOP LISTENING. TO BOTH OF THEM.
