I think that's fake.

That's like a Wiki page, anyone can play with it. There's no announcement on her site, so I wouldn't believe anything until there's an official release.

And as KLJames posted, the article states that there will be a song called First Time, that will also have a PV in a "documentary style."

On a side note, I'm so annoyed that I failed to listen to Message last fall. It's perfect. I love the atmosphere of the video and also the music itself. I've resisted downloading and renting any of her new music, so this album will be super fresh for me haha.
