In Japan, she has TONS of cosplayers, male and female.

In the West though, it tends to be Ladies Night and that's about it. I know someone did Mirrorcle World a while back too. Cosplaying with music icons isn't really that common honestly... unless it's Lady GaGa or Katy Perry.
