Eh... I mean, what would it matter if it really was built in 1997 and with no architectural ideas from Ayu (can't even remember she said that) and that it's located in Zushi instead of Fukuoka? If it's true Ayu probably doesn't wanted to reveal to much of her privacy but avex wanted her to release something "private" without any scandals attached so that people feel closer to her. <- true scandal, that shit outdoes everything Maro related!
