I got an e-mail from TA. It says something about a first ballad single release since 2009's You were.../BALLAD.
It says that it will be a December 24th release on christmas eve and it will have 3 kinds of ballads, one of them will be a rock ballad.
(That's what I can get with my basic Japanese) there might be more to it and more info later.
