That might be because of the make up. The last few years they've been drawing her eyeliner downwards to give her puppy eyes and this time they've drawn it upwards which can make the eye look lifted, slightly pushed up.

Also, I'm pretty sure she's wearing circle lenses or something. Her eyes look a lot darker than usual. Still super cute tho
