AKIHIDE Special Live Tsuki to Hoshi no Caravan concert that will be taking place in 28th Feb 2015 at Tokyo International Forum Hall C .
In this case , Musing will be accepting preorders of concert tickets from yesterday (12th Dec) ; 12pm Japan time until 23rd Dec (Tue) ; 11.59pm Japan time .
Utilising a balloting system , each interested buyer can ballot for a maximum number of 4 tickets each , with each concert ticket having a ticket price of 7,000 Yen each .
