Well, I enter my address, then click confirm and then send. Then the site says:

After this we will send you the [TeamAyu admission procedure guide] e-mail containing the URL to our member registration form.
After receiving the e-mail, please access the URL listed in it and continue the procedure with the admission form.
If you do not receive an e-mail after 24 hours, please contact us under 「CONTACT」.
I did it 7 times now with my two different mail-addresses but still didn't get any mail to complete my registration... T___T
