NEWS' Koyama Keiichiro Catches Flu

NEWS member Koyama Keiichiro did not make a scheduled appearance yesterday because he has become sick with the flu.
Keiichiro was supposed to serve as the main newscaster for the December 22 broadcast of "news every.". Takahiko Fujii announced that the idol would not be able to make his appearance due to the flu.
Anna Fujii, another member of the broadcast, explained that Keiichiro is more susceptible to the flu because of his work in the public. Disease can be transmitted easily by air which he is exposed to above average.
Japan has experienced a worse than usual flu season this year. The Japanese government has declare a flu epidemic in the country, with hundreds of thousands of people catching it in a short span of time.
