Hmm I am thinking it's more probable that only a-nation is brought overseas.
Singapore has no arena. Hence Arena tour seems to imply that its mainly in Japan. If it's out of Japan it would have been Asia tour.
Well, i totally wouldn't mind in the upcoming months, ayu changed it to an Asia tour haha
