As I said you can't pick it up at delivery center, they will hold it for one week in case you request delivery again. Don't confuse it with post office, it's a completely different service. It's an official information I found about this service. Again, they won't even try to ship your ticket if your Celga address is the address of organization.
Yes, second round can provide with good seats too.
