I didn't know they were going on tour for this album?! I wanna go.
Could you post some pictures of the best albums? I would like to see what they look like now!

Having a good sound system is definitely key.

And yeah, they're doing a small tour for this release...pretty par for the course, I think, iirc it's what they do every time a new album comes out. I've only been to their release parties at ageHa/studio coast which are WICKED fun, but I think it'd be super cool to see them at a different venue. Oh well--someday!
For albums that only cost ¥2200 (like, $18 and change as far as CDJ's current exchange rates go), I was pretty impressed with the packaging. The first volume covers their material from 2012-2006 and the second volume covers material from 2005-2001. It's kind of cool because if you listen to them in order it's like going backwards through a good 10-year chunk of their discography (as the name suggests, lmao). Both versions come housed in a transparent slip case, though the colors are different. The color of the disc matches the color of the slipcase, and then the 'capsules' on the inserts are the opposite color. (the album and booklet are literally covered in capsules, what kind of expert Nakata-esque trolling)
Large pics under the cut--

In both cases the text is embossed on the covers, not just stamped on, which is what really impressed me. Clearly I'm easy to please

(It's nearly impossible to tell in the picture though, sorry about that!)

I gotta say, this album didn't leave much of an impression on me when I listened to it, but seeing both of you raving about it... I definitely need to give it another shot asap!

Haha I didn't see it uploaded anywhere else either, so I figured might as well upload it. I knew my sister would be bugging me to send it to her anyway lol
I hope you do give it another shot! It's on track to either be equal to or surpass PLAYER as my favorite album of theirs since they've moved away from the more ~Shibuya pop and towards more a more club/dance style.
