I think you might be referring to ARTPOP, due to the amount of bad press it has received.
However, Gaga's sound of music tribute had
almost universal acclaim ever since her performance last Sunday. If you follow her social media and stuffs [Which i think you didn't (just a wild guess, no offence)], she's in a happy place now, doing what she loves and rediscovering her passion for music through Jazz collaboration with Tony Bennett, flim project with Diana Warren and is currently working with long time producer RedOne, and Giorgio Moroder for her next album.
With regards to the second bolded statement, Gaga is a ever-changing artist, and I'm definitely excited about what she intends to explore next.
