One thing just hit me, whenever someone says nowadays that Colours or LOVEagain is their best Ayu album ever I usually cringe, of course there are some good songs there but IMO her past songs are (or should be) so much better, but the more I listen to those previews I think it will be in my top 5, maybe even top 3 Ayu albums - not necessarily because the songs are better than past hits but simply because it's the first time I don't dislike or even find so-so any song. I feel this anticipation I didn't feel for a long time.

Sometimes I wonder if it's an inside joke trying to do the exact same thing on so many different levels.

You can have a similar melody but arrangements can do wonders.
Imagine this song with, I don't know, an acoustic guitar, it would be a really different song. It's too hard for them to figure this out.

I'm really fed up with the calm-beggining/piano/fake-violins/then-drums/bells-everywhere combo... God!
I agree, though I know there aren't many fans of Hanabi ~episode II~ here, but I wish she did similar arrangement again with all the crazy guitars (not even sure if it's just electric guitar there or something completely else but I still love it)

Actually right now I'm listening to Anything for You on loop and at 2:00 for a short moment I was expecting SAKURA, lol (after uuuuu and the drums it felt like "Ikiteku koto wa doushite setsunai")

I don't mind songs being similar this way, it's like talking awesome melody and making it awesome in a different way, I can't imagine having Snowy Kiss but no Show Must Go On, it doesn't feel redundant just because it sounds similar to something else.
