An event I worked on was approached a few years back (circa 2010-ish) and she is
very expensive.
You're looking at fully paid flights for at least 10 staff/entourauge as well as rooms, food, an appearance fee etc. There was a minimum star rating for rooms and flights had to be first class. We calculated it because I couldn't believe it was being offered to us but it was easily in excess of $150K back then and prices would have gone up in the last 5 years.
Short of having a Saudi oil baron on our organising committee it's price prohibitive for all but super rich events, because even if Ayu came it's no guarantee that you'd make that $$$$$+ back let alone profit.
