I will try to be objective and not throw just my personal favourites but more like a compilation of songs that were popular and songs that stand in her discography

JEWEL: it really stands as a ballad, it has magic around it
BLUE BIRD: her last huge hit
Mirrorcle World: the creation of a new sound that would pave the way for sending mail, snowky kiss, The Show Must Go On etc
Days: it was pretty popular
Sparkle: Still Ayu's best dance/electro song, the original NaNaNa, Lelio etc
Microphone: defly different from all of her rock songs
Love Song: unique in every single aspect
progress: very anime-ish, but excellently executed, and it was pretty popular too

I would personally add BRILLANTE and specially Sexy Little Things, both of them are rare jewels. Oh, and Don't Look Back too
