It definitely has two meanings and three potential meaning. It is a very ayuism title.

I would not call Party Queen as dancing style
She have 3 songs you can call "party-esque" and thats it. CoLOURS was just a experiment, I can't barely see a pattern. She doesn't do that xd
All I can say is that Love songs/LOVE again/A ONE are very similar in "atmosphere" in general (lot of soft music and ballads, 2-3 faster hits etc. And her mini's (dont count LOVE and again
) was rather "mix of everything" so I hope she will stick with that pattern.
