There are many concerts, both in Japan and all over that world, that are standing only. I hope most Ayu fans aren't that needy in wanting seats. It's like others have pointed out - fans stand for most of the concerts. They stand for hours for goods and dancers outside the arena. They stand waiting to get into the arena.

I don't think fans will mind standing next to random people, either. You sit next to randoms at concerts! And unless you're in a mosh pit, you're not going to get shoved around too much. Some people like to squeeze through, but your toes will be just fine.
