Kuu has two japanese FCs - her normal, Koda Gumi, for 4000 Yen for a year ans playroom, the mobile one, for 800 yen per month.
The international Koda Gumi costs 2000 Yen a year. And people joining get everything that's in the japanese Koda Gumi plus the stuff from playroom - minus the physical stuff (though the member magazine is digital for international FC). It's done in English, even the regular videos with messages of Kuu are subbed.
Basically the only big differences are the physical bonuses and that you have Tenso to use the FC shop.
Apart from that japanese fans actually have to pay more to get the same content (and being in both to have all). But it's easier for them to go see her e.g., so in the end it wages, I guess.
And from my experience, there isn't any bad blood to international fans or the FC.
Sharing FC content really isn't a big problem. Her big fan pages just share the most prominent infos, but also previews, songs and so on. Her video messages and the content of the three blogs (hers, her staff and her fashion one) are shared, but not in full content or always. Idk, it never really seemed to be a problem.
Don't know, how big Kuu's international fandom is. It seems more international fans are going to Ayu's tours in Japan. But that doesn't have to say something about how many there are.
TA had a very different system from the start and they do handle the new international FC a bit different than Kuu's.
In the end, I guess, it all goes down to Ayu's reactions amd interactions with international fans (her Twitter, when she was overseas, A World is One and so on). She has a different past regarding those. Also cause she's able to communicate fluently in English.
