Fortunately it is not 100% support when something is not good...
I haven't seen a lot of bitching here (to be honest I haven't seen any), crude or biased remarks; mostly negative but justified comments. If you want to read positive comments there are plenty on other threads when things are fine (NHK show).
So you can't express yourself when you feel something is wrong ?
Of course she is human. Maybe she was having a bad day vocally wise. But you can't prevent people for pointing things out.
