I think it's pretty much a given that Ayu has had work done. Most if not all celebrities do - it's more rampant in Korea but given the K-wave, well... if not before, then definitely in the last few years.
As for my opinion, it's her face. Let her do what she wants to it. Just try not to over-do it, Ayu
