I don't deny the fact that she might have some work done like some injections here and there and I know that she had her teeth fixed since the end of 2005 etc... but more I look to her pictures with no make-up the more I think she did nothing major even her eyelids seems not debrided but just glued manually !
I think the way she is make-up is definitely what make her look different from a picture to another and her ugly lenses don't help if you ask me !!
