still though i'm not exactly sure what he is meaning to say by this but apparently it's VISUAL+ALIVE+LIVE. He's been using this merged word for years now. What he has been calling "visualive" was his huge concerts the last one being RRII, i guess it's because he has a lot of stuff going on especially when it comes to pre-shot footage and DVDs. Some of them (for diabolos and RRII) have some effects added or pre-shot scenes that are merged into the performances. But for the most part the story and the visuals that are used in them i guess? It looks kind of like a theatrical play rather than a live performance? THE LAST means it's the last one of this kind. if he goes for the caliber he does them in Japan i am not sure it would be profitable for him to bring it overseas. plus they go on for, you know, 2 hours. RRII i think went on for 3-4 hours or something lol most of the times they had to carry him out when it finished, the man was completely drained out of energy he could barely walk on his own, staff had to to help him out..=| so this is also one of the reasons he's doing the last one. Because he said it takes a huge toll on his body and in general it needs a lot of resources and planning.
The MOON project....honestly? i have no idea it's been years since i've even read upon it somewhere and his writing is...complicated..... i know it's some sort of a chapter story/concept or something that started with ANOTHER WORLD single followed by Moon & Crescent albums and that MOON CHILD is a part of it too. there is an actual "document" that has been released on it years ago with all the concept written down, but there wasn't much said about it apart from probably early magz and interviews. You can hear it being mentioned in a couple of his tour DVDs by the narrator, too. i really need to renew my knowledge on this as well cuz i don't remember a bloody thing, now lol

I tried to catch up on MOON back in the day. What I remember, it is also linked to the Tours (which also tell parts of the story) and is about Vampires.
Conceptually, the story of "Moon" is separated in four chapters, roughly, first chapter from the year 700 to 1300, second from 1300 to 1600, third from 1600 to current time, and fourth from current time to future.[13] The work in 2002 and 2003 covered the fourth chapter, while in 2005 in between the second and third chapter.[13] The whole story is set in both Europe and Asia, depending on the story and meaning wanted to be expressed.[13]
The story from the first chapter follows the "darkside inhabitants" - darts, who were scattered all over Europe, fighting for different countries even against fellow "people" (inhabitants).[14] The second chapter how they tried to make something that will surpass them and for purpose of fighting, so were created 13 "shitos" (使徒, apostle, disciple), but their body was incomplete and couldn't appear under the sun.[14] From the third chapter, now known as "vampires", is followed their life.[14] They didn't pursued their purpose of life, and as become aware of the darkness inside them, raises the question what is now purpose of their existence.[14]
In the story vampires were presented as an way of expressing the reflection of humans.[13] They long for immortality believing it's a wonderful thing, while vampires know how painful such an existence is and seek a peaceful death.[13] The "Moon" story is a symbolic story of war, the repeating of human sins, questioning what's the meaning of human life.
The theatre play is set in first chapter, in the late Heian (794 to 1185) and early Kamakura period (1185 to 1333) in Japan. The main character is young adult Yoshitsune Minamoto, from the Minamoto clan.[1] Like previous chapters, it is a historical fiction, a world with supernatual powers and spirits (Mononokes).[1] The idea was to create a story where the Oni (Japanese demons) were the origin of vampires, and eventually of the central character.[15]
edit: some of the singles of the last years are linked to MOON...like that SAKURA song. Those will probably end up on the album.
