I think we're going to get one during the concert this week if we don't get one on Twitter.

It's just too sudden and rather shocking for there to not be one. You can bet people are going to do the usual "AYU WHY ARE YOU DOING A PUBLICITY STUNT AGAIN" at BBSes and news articles though with reporters asking for official comments.

I think it means that this is Ayu's management staff and that the account will be used for the latest information. Sometimes the real Ayu might mutter something...?
