Just as a note, that's not true at all. Losing weight is all about calories in and calories out - there's absolutely no correlation on the body burning calories more when you're hungry. You could do the same amount of exercise in the morning, or at lunch, in the evening, or whenever, and if you eat the same thing on all of those days, the effect will be the same. It's also definitely better to exercise around an hour or more after eating for energy levels!

Sorry for the brief off-topic, but this is a really important misconception and I would dislike for anyone to be starving themselves for their workouts.
