Well, a lot of not-that-big acts can do a world tour if they have a strong otaku fanbase, still doesn't get how needing sponsoring from NESTLE to finish projects and touring worldwide shows relevancy in Japan
Edit: Took a look... So, he was having a 2015 national tour that was postponed to 2016 and his releases (being them studio albums, singles or bests) are topping 30k since 2009... Yeap, sounds like a hit.
