The back covers for WINTER of LOVE are the same for both the CD + DVD & CD + Blu-ray editions :x
I'm sure many photos of Kuu were taken when they shot the covers/photos for WINTER of LOVE , it wouldn't hurt for avex to use different photos for the back covers at least
