Hey guys, just wondering if anyone can help me. I'll be going to Japan for a year in September and plan on going to CDL 2016-2017 (assuming there is one), and any other concerts this year if they are after September. So my question is, by what date would it be necessary to join TA? As I would like to enter into the ticket lotteries for when I'm in Japan but I'm saving for the year abroad and haven't got money to spend on it at the moment...
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
