I don't think it couldn't be worked in, but after You & Me being tacked onto LOVE again, I don't think Ayu would do this gracefully with Winter diary.
Honestly, I think it will be on the album, likely as a bonus at the very end. At this point, the albums have been scaled back so much that we spent more than a dozen pages on the A ONE thread flipping out over how cool a Bell would be because it was the first interlude in two and a half years.
