I think that's my favorite thing about her concerts. They're just that. Concerts. You go there to see your artist do her job and she does it well. And it's exactly as you said: She's managed to balance the big stage with a simple production. I mean, I love Ayu's over-the-top Broadway-meets-Vegas pizzazz but with Namie's it's like I both always know what I'm in for and, at the same time, I don't. Whenever I finish a concert I'm always in a 'yay let's dance!' type of mood. It's good.
