Just took a look in the japanese FC store and the FC edition is called FC限定盤 (FC limited edition). And there's nothign else said in the description.
It was like that in the past, that FC editions are limited in itself, just available for a certain amount of time and that's why there isn't something like First Press.
But I guess we will see when ALfromHELLSING gets his edition, just tell us then.^^
