Mad World sounds like an EPIC title!
I can see the track being kinda like Duty-ish or End of the World-esque.
Personally, I think she's been giving us little hints at lyrics on TA blog for a bit, but this one seems like the most solid so far since it has the same scheme as the sixxxxxx reveals.
Didn't she do sixxxxxx reveals one day after another? If it's 13 days to the tour... 14 track names including today?
EDIT: Aaah, it was a week+ apart.
