Survivor seems to be one of those tracks written from a worldly view about compassion and unity in front of a calamity / fear / pain etc. Also, acceptance of our limited human nature. A lot of I am... songs come to mind : Daybreak, A Song is Born, no more words, Endless sorrow + Last Links and Out of Control.
