I doubt that Yoochun isn't guilty, but I'll stick to "innocent until proven guilty" for now. I mean, so many women suddenly filing charges could be an attack to ruin Yoochun's career or whatever. But I also understand that they might've been afraid to take action before, and after the first victim took this case to the police they got more courage.
Rape is really tricky. It's a horrible crime, but it's so hard to prove, which is why a lot of people still get away with it.
