avex Taiwan can be pretty careless with their DVDs. Not surprised tbh.
The first pressing of PCDL had the VCD version of the concert put into the DVDs. I believe it's because they were rolling out the soft subs into the DVDs. And also, Namie's LIVE STYLE 2014 DVD had an error where you can't turn off the subtitles - luckily VLC player allowed me to do that. Also, not sure if it has affected everyone, but one of the performances in my copy was corrupted.
That said, yeah, I'm not too affected by that too.
