Yes gachagacha items are random . Everytime you put a 500 Yen coin and slot it into the machine , there's no telling what you will get

In a way it's 'lucky' that Namie's gachagacha items are only acrylic stands & magnets . Other artistes also have gachagacha items which have more variety of stuff inside the machine
That's why if you don't want to know which item/s you will get , you head to the auction site/s but you always have to pay a premium price for obvious reasons
For Namie's case , each fan can only play the gachagacha machine a maximum 5 times . If there's no limit imposed , I wouldn't be surprised if fans are willing to spend 10,000 Yen & above just on gachagacha items solely . Sounds crazy but it does happen
Playing the machine onsite at the concert venue is fun but it's not fun when you play so many times & you keep on getting the same item/s but at least you can trade with other fans so that's not so bad
