Personally I think leader and visual are two different things.

For me the Visual is what people see on stage and a Leader does more 'behind the scenes' if that makes sense?
So for me, they are two separate things/positions.
Jisoo does have the weakest voice I agree and she doesn't really have a lot charisma imo after seeing the MVs and live performances.
But then again so does Dara from 2NE1. Although Dara has more charisma than Jisoo imo.
