If they had been relationships, no one would bat an eyelid. I think Ayu loves the idea of a sudden, amazing relationship that turns into 'the one' for her and she also likely now has the freedom to marry whenever she wants. I assume when she was with Nagase, marriage was never an option for them. She's also been in the whole celebrity gig since she was really young... I mean, I can't judge her for trying to create her own form of normality. I just hope that one day she finds it and it is at a pace that brings her peace, not more stress.
I can understand why people would judge her harshly for this, and since she is a celebrity it will be talked about. Everyone has the right to their opinion. But, I will say that none of us know the real Ayu behind the scenes or what really happened. We can make assumptions (like I have just above, haha) that are positive, negative, or neutral but they will all stem from our perception of her as a person - and we only know what she's shown us. Let's try to keep that in mind.
