I did not like the eye make up. I don't get it at all. It reminds me of kanariya but I don't know why it was used again here.
That is sad that Lico is leaving. I am not super familiar with all of Ayu's dancers but Lico always stood out to me and I could easily recognize her.

I should hope that someone wouldn't make a mean joke like that, but //ABEST didn't seem like they were trying to insinuate anything about gender. So I don't think it is fair to make assumptions.
