Kato Shigeaki went on the show, “Meringue no Kimochi” a few days ago, (Aug 27th) and he talked about when Inoo Kei (who’s a regular on the show) was a Johnny’s Junior, he would go to hang out and sleep over often at Shigeaki’s house.

“We were doing a TV show together [Ya-Ya-Yah]. He was so cute back then. We also took baths together. He was in 2nd year of middle school and I was in my 2nd year in high school.” (Kato)

“At the time, I really wanted to take a bath with Kato-kun, and I asked him, he was like, “I’m already a high schooler, I don’t really do that anymore. Go take a bath first.” So I did, and then Kato-kun jumps in with me, naked, and says “It’s lonely, so I’ll also get in.”

If you’re not familiar with Japanese culture, and you’ve got a very English language mind (I don’t know what that means) it might sounds pretty weird when you say “you wanted to take a bath with someone”. But that’s just in English, cause in Japanese it’s a pretty normal thing. Public baths are rather common still in some places in Tokyo, around Asakusa, Oshiage for example. Just in case someone not familiar with Japanese culture reads this, you know…
