So, because for some reason this is really driving me crazy, I did some research of my own.
I used Adobe Audition, removed the main vocals twice, upped the backup vocals, and used my Sony Dynamic Stereo Professional headphones to listen in and this is what I got.
First pre-chorus:
Only you can hear me now
And I hope you'll hear me out
Yes (maybe guess) I finally came around.
Second pre-chorus
Only you can show me love
Even when you're not around
Only you can make me found
Edit: Apparently only you can make me found is written in the physical album. My bad everyone. I tried my best.

With the rest, however, this it is still all subjective until Utada (if Utada) tells us herself. I remember the whole "Passion" confusion when the official lyrics were finally released and most of us were so puzzled because some parts were so not what we thought they were.
but I'm pretty confident in what I heard this time around. Though if anyone knows of any other differences please tell me because it's been driving me nuts. xD
