I can think of several risqué Jpop songs but when I look at the lyrics they're not that explicit.
For example, you have
Lucifer's "Dummy" that starts off with

and broke the bed down.
The both of us were completely exhausted.
I took this as a good sign but
...I'm a dummy.

And you have
Koda Kumi's "Ko So Ko So", that just drips sex but the lyrics are pretty tame.
