Kuu started her Anniversary celebrations December 2014 and ended them with the the Artist concerts on her actual Anniversary December 2015.
Ayu's actual Anniversary is April 2018 - her Anniversary year starts April 2017.
So, yeah, even if you look at it like that, CDL '16-'17 is too early...
Like that I do think chances are very high, CDL and AT will be the same concept again.
