Also general public ticket sales will start from 2016/12/10 10:00 a.m., but you will be required to understand Japanese to navigate through website/loppi machine in convenience store to buy a ticket on first come, first served basis for example here:

There are also always tons of tickets on Yahoo! auctions.
There are people reselling tickets near the venue.
