It would depend on the person, but probably A song for xx, SURREAL and M. They're classics, and pretty representative of her music. They'll give you a good impression of whether the friend will actually like Ayu without overwhelming them with too many albums.

If people ask/are willing to listen to a whole album, I just lend them A Best.
