Also it's so out dated that they only allow their artistes' PVs to be viewable only if you're living in Japan . Why they can't be like Universal where their artistes' DVDs are region free ?

I agree, it's just absurd. Making matters worse is YouTube Red that affects not only Sony (if it isn't blocked outside of Japan, but it's still blocked in the countries that have YouTube Red, specifically the USA, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand and Korea) but a number of other labels (e.g. Victor, Teichiku, Nippon Columbia) and certain specific acts (e.g. AKB48), but yeah, I don't know why Sony's still in some kind of a 'protectionist' mindset...
(I even see a YUI fansite complaining about the Sony BS that Karen is talking about as well. Yet why am I still listening to Nogizaka46/Keyakizaka46, both part of Sony?)
